Leafield Marine is the World leader in the design, development, and manufacture of air valves and inflation systems. We are renowned for our engineering strength and work closely with customers in the early phase of product design.

In addition to our standard product range, Leafield Marine can offer the following services:

Technical support to customers advising them on which of our standard products best suit their needs and ongoing advice as necessary.

• Design of bespoke valves.
• Design of single or multi-cylinder inflation systems, including high-capacity Mass Evacuation Systems (MES).
• Development testing.
• Can provide customer support throughout the approval process, e.g. SOLAS regulations.

Our experienced design team is equipped with the latest 3D CAD software and use FEA and rapid prototyping during development.

Our wide-ranging test facilities include temperature-cycling, fatigue testing, pressure testing ranging from low pressure inflatable structures to proof hydraulic testing, load, and tensile testing.
