Product Description
The Leafield Marine range of hoses has been developed to meet the extreme requirements imposed by marine inflation systems. A range of different couplings are available to integrate these hoses into the Leafield inflation systems – Gas Inflation Systems for Life-rafts, Direct Inflation Systems for Boats, and Self-Righting Bags.
When used in a life-raft application our hose assemblies offer quick assembly, long life plating, cost effective, swivel fittings to minimise stresses on the raft, compact and highly flexible for ease of packing.
For use on Specialised Boat Inflation Systems, the hoses are supplied with compact Stainless-steel fittings, giving long, reliable life. The hoses have excellent resistance to kinking, due to the braided construction.

90° Compact Swivel Quick Connect Fitting
Designed to allow rapid and flexible attachment of hose to the Leafield Gas Inlet Valve (torsional).
Can also be used in combination with the Quick Fit Connector to allow rapid connection to the Cylinder Valve. This also leaves the hose free to rotate.
Available in 316 stainless steel or zinc nickel plated mild steel. Used with ¼ “/ 6.4mm id hose.
M16 Saginaw Straight Fitting
Light and compact standard fitting for connecting hose to the Leafield Cylinder Valve (torsional type).
Gives high reliability at high pressures.
Available in 316 stainless steel or zinc nickel plated mild steel.
Used with ¼ “/ 6.4mm id hose.
No special tools required.
3/8 BSP Flat Face Fitting- Straight
Used to connect hose to the Leafield Cylinder Valve (GIS).
Requires a sealing washer.
Available in 316 stainless steel or zinc nickel plated mild steel.
Used with ¼ “/ 6.4mm id hose and 3/8” / 9.53mm id hose.
¼” BSP Female Fitting – Straight
Used in the Leafield Direct Inflation Systems for Boats and Leafield Servo systems.
We recommend the stainless-steel option is used for the Boat Rapid Inflation System.
