Job Applicants, Current and Former Employees
Employees will be made aware of the data we hold by way of their terms and conditions of employment. We will only retain data relating to former employees for as long as necessary, again this is laid out within the employment contract.
If you are making an application to join us as an employee. We will ask you for and only process data relevant to your job application. Your data will be held securely and not passed to anyone third party without your consent.
We will use your personal contact details to progress your application and any other data to assess your suitability and if necessary to complete pre-employment checks including verifying your identity and your right to work within the UK. We may therefore ask you for proof of identity, proof of qualifications and details of any referees required.
